3-Day London Itinerary FAQs

Is 3 days enough time to visit London?

Three days is enough time to see many of London’s most iconic landmarks, including Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey, Tower Bridge, and several of the city’s most charming neighborhoods. While you won’t see everything, a well-planned itinerary allows you to experience the highlights while still enjoying London’s culture, food, and atmosphere.

For first-time visitors, central areas like Covent Garden, Westminster, and South Bank are excellent choices because they are close to many major attractions. These neighborhoods offer easy access to the Underground and are within walking distance of iconic sights.

The London Underground (Tube) is the fastest and easiest way to get around the city. Many central attractions are also within walking distance of each other, especially around Westminster, Covent Garden, and the Thames.

Spring (April–June) and early autumn (September–October) are often considered the best times to visit London. The weather is generally mild, the parks are beautiful, and the city tends to be less crowded than during peak summer travel.
